Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026  ·  Last Updated: July 1, 2026

Because our treatments involve compounded prescription medications prepared specifically for you by a licensed pharmacy, all sales are considered final once your prescription has been transmitted for fulfillment. Please read this policy in full before submitting your assessment.

1. Subscription Fees

AnthologyRX operates on a monthly subscription model. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis and cover your telehealth consultation, provider review, and medication fulfillment for that billing cycle.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. If you cancel your subscription before the next billing date, you will not be charged for future cycles, but you will not receive a refund for the current cycle.

2. Prescription Medications

Compounded prescription medications are prepared specifically for you by our pharmacy partner, VialsRx, based on your provider's prescription. Because compounded medications are customized formulations, they cannot be returned, resold, or restocked under federal and state pharmacy law.

All medication orders are final and non-refundable once a prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy for preparation.

Exceptions

A refund or replacement may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • You receive a medication that is visibly damaged, contaminated, or incorrect (wrong medication, wrong formulation, or wrong quantity) — you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Your shipment is lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the carrier.
  • Your provider determines, after issuing a prescription, that the medication is clinically inappropriate for you before it has been dispensed.

We do not issue refunds based on personal preference, self-reported lack of efficacy, or a decision to discontinue treatment after dispensing.

3. Consultation and Assessment Fees

If your intake assessment results in a provider determination that you are not a candidate for any available treatment, any consultation fee paid will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

If you are approved for a protocol and a prescription is issued, the consultation fee is non-refundable regardless of whether you proceed with the subscription.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing. It does not entitle you to a refund of any charges already incurred.

To cancel, log in to your account and navigate to Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. If you encounter any issues, contact us at the address below.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and in good faith.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and termination of your access to the platform.
